Thanet Parkway - Live Q&A

On Thursday March 18 we will be having a live Q&A session, via zoom, giving you the opportunity to see the site in action and ask questions.


To begin with Andrew Richardson will be introducing the project which will include a summary of previous archaeological work in the area and where we are to date. Afterwards we will be welcoming questions from you and will give you the opportunity to explore the site through a live feed from the excavation.


You don't need to have the Zoom app installed, you can just click on the link and be taken to the page via your web browser.

Thanet Parkway is to be a new railway station on the Ashford International-Ramsgate line. Details on the proposed station can be found on the Kent County Council website here. The archaeological work at Thanet Parkway is being managed by the WSP Cultural Heritage and Archaeology team.
